This Privacy Policy explains how FantasyMotion (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the FantasyMotion website and related services (the “Service”). By using the Service, you acknowledge this Policy. Related details are in our Cookie Policy and Terms of Service.

This Service contains adult content. FantasyMotion is an 18+ AI photo-to-video platform and may include NSFW templates and generated videos. By using the Service you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally entitled to view adult content where you live.

1. Information We Collect

Account information

When you register or sign in, we may collect your email address, authentication details, and profile information you provide.

Age confirmation

We may store your 18+ self-certification (including the site entry prompt in local storage) and use limited technical signals to apply age and content rules.

Uploads and generated videos

When you create a video, we process photos and other materials you upload so we can generate Output, including adult or NSFW requests. Uploads are sent to our systems and to third-party AI and infrastructure providers as needed to complete the request. Original uploads are kept only as long as reasonably needed to process the job and operate the Service. Generated videos may be stored in My Creations for about 30 days so you can view and download them; please download promptly, as we may delete them afterward.

Usage and device information

We may collect IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP, timestamps, and diagnostic logs to operate, secure, and improve the Service.

Payments

If you buy credits, our payment processor (such as NOWPayments) collects payment details. We receive limited billing metadata (for example, transaction status, amount, and order identifiers). We do not store full card numbers.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies, including Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, as described in our Cookie Policy.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • create and manage accounts;
  • generate AI videos from your uploads;
  • confirm you are 18+ and restrict access by minors;
  • show credit costs, process purchases, and handle refunds;
  • provide customer support;
  • secure the Service and prevent abuse, including prohibited content;
  • understand usage and improve templates and features;
  • comply with law.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share information with:

  • infrastructure and authentication providers (such as hosting and account services);
  • AI and media processing providers that generate or store Output;
  • payment processors such as NOWPayments;
  • analytics providers such as Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity;
  • professional advisers or authorities when required by law;
  • a buyer or successor if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.

These parties process information on our instructions or as independent controllers under their own policies, as applicable.

4. Retention

We keep account and billing records as needed to provide the Service and meet legal, tax, and dispute requirements. Generated videos are generally retained for about 30 days for viewing and download in My Creations, after which we may delete them. You can contact us to request deletion of your account and associated content, subject to legal retention needs.

5. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal information, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, email support@fantasymotion.com. We may need to verify your account.

You can control many cookies through your browser. Blocking essential cookies may prevent sign-in or checkout. Clearing local storage may require you to confirm your age again.

6. Children

The Service is not directed to children. Users must be 18+. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we learn that a minor has used the Service, we will delete associated data and restrict access. Report suspected underage access to support@fantasymotion.com.

7. International Processing

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including where our providers operate. Those countries may have different data-protection laws. Adult content may be restricted where local law prohibits it.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

9. Changes

We may update this Policy by posting a new version on this page. The “Last updated” date will change when we do.
